When I want to reach my reservations the app close from it self.

The app suddenly gets stuck and you cant do anything , and sometimes it shuts down and thats after you put on ALL your information !! I love qatar airways but they gota upgrade this app because its driving people crazy

This app is awful! I get an unknown error message almost every time I try to log in or update any info. Also, while using the app (if the error message doesnt appear) the app will constantly kick you back to the main screen which forces you to have to log in AGAIN (cue error message for the 100th time) and all your progress thus far is lost. Two thumbs down!

App keeps closing. Doesnt allow you to add your flight info for future use. No point in trying to use it.

I tried to check in with this app on teo legs of my trip and it just didnt work. I tried several times with different methods and it always gave me an error in the last step!

It really good app. If you want to book round trip or one way. But to book multi-city you have to go website to do this!!!!

Like the rest of Qatar Airways, looks fine but not very flexible or functional. Particularly annoying that you cannot store itineraries —I have to keep going back to my email to get the record locator/PNR to enter into the app to review my flight details. Why not have the app keep this info?

It feels like Im running a website. The app is full screen which is highly impractical when one is waiting for the plane and needs to look up the time. Please remove that full screen. Privilege club area looks like a PowerPoint slide. It should remember session but almost always forgets it and requires me to enter my number again. App should generate an apple pass for my privilege card as well as boarding pass which is common for budget class airlines but missing in QR.

But its privilege club section is really a lame ! Otherwise its awesome also using webpages in app as new classes doesnt make it an app but is fine I guess. Design those pages in the app and use less web pages.

One of two things happened here. Either the tech guy at the airline is over 50 or the app makers are good salesman. Either way someone got ripped off. Qatar airways are better off not having an app as this sends out the wrong message.

1/ please keep me logged in the privilege club no need log in every time 2/ add multi-city booking option please guys !!! 3/ show the correct offers in your App

A five star airline deserves five star on their iOS application.

Why do you keep mucking about with the app and making it so unstable. Now I cant even log on to the members area!

Why do I have to sign in the Privilege Club almost every time !! Why does the session expires in the first place!!

Good morning Nice App its easy for every thing good work I hope in the new update To Find Country property by (typing).

When I tried to look up my booking via the app it crashes.

This app keeps crashing whenever I try to check in online. Its so frustrating. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.
